Theodora Youmans Citizenship Award
Chairman - Pat Mueller

The Theodora Youmans Citizenship Award is one of the most treasured awards given by the GFWC-WI since 1937.  Mrs. Youmans provided in her will that the award should be made for the most notable contribution to citizenship in the previous year (January through December).  While there can only be one winner, it is an honor to be nominated and clubs should feel pride in selecting outstanding women in their communities.
