		Helen Mears Art Program: Chairman - Shirley Mattox This contest is unique to GFWC-WI and has been in existence since 1927 to honor this exceptional woman artist. 		Member Arts & Crafts Contests: Chairman - Sue LaBuda These contests are open to any dues paying club member of the GFWC-WI who is an amateur (making less than $500.00 annually on crafts) and makes items for a hobby. 		Member Photography Contests: Chairmen - Sue LaBuda These contests are open to any dues paying club member of the GFWC-WI who is an amateur (making less than $500.00 annually on photography) and takes photographs for a hobby. State winners of "The World in Pictures" and "GFWC Volunteers in Action" Photography Contests will be sent on for national judging annually. "A Year in Pictures" (Calendar Contest) is only a national contest and is sent directly to GFWC Headquarters by May 1, 2009 and 2010.
